International Peace Wall

Over the course of 3 months students and friends painted the side of my classroom.  In between the figures and designs and borders were painted the words “May peace prevail on earth” in numerous different languages.  Garifuna, Spanish, Mopan, French, German, English….. A man bicycled from the Islamic Center in Belmopan to write it in Arabic.  Wendy, from WiFi Market, wrote it in Chinese.  The wall is beautiful and the backdrop for numerous photos.
